The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has increased the forecast for growth of Montenegrin gross domestic product for this year to 3.7%.
In the autumn economic forecasts, to which the Mina-business agency had an insight, the growth forecast for GDP grew from three percent, as the EBRD forecast in May.
According to projections, GDP growth for the next year will amount to 3.3 percent, as was the May forecast.
“After a somewhat disappointing growth of 2.9 percent last year, the economy accelerated in the first half of this year, with an estimated growth of 4.2 percent annually,” the report said.
