Within the Program of mentoring and education for young entrepreneurs a one-day training on the topic “Sale and psychology of the buyer” was held on March 21. The training was led by Radoje Cerović, executive director of the consulting studio Communication Strategies & Consulting.

Sale represent one of the most demanding tasks in communication. At the time when the concept of sales survives dramatic transformation and new and unexpected channels of communication with potential clients arise, psychology of communication takes on even greater significance.

Entrepreneurs have had the opportunity to learn how emotions, attention, conviction and other unconscious elements affect the process of orientation, decision making and purchasing itself, how modern systems set up organizational and infromatic structures that guarantee an efficient flow of sales opportunities throughout the system, what are the mistakes and most common doubts that appear in our country and in the region. Also, they got acquainted with a sales model that integrates organizational science and IT processes with the psychology of emotions and instinctive behavior, so-called NeuroSales model.
