On July 5, 2018, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in Podgorica, within the Youth Business Project – Mentoring and Education Program for Young Entrepreneurs, held the first one-day training on the topic of “Presentation Skills”.
The training was led by Ivana Malović, owner of IDFaktor, NLP Trener & Coach. The organization of the training was a combination of mentoring work of the trainer and active participation of the participants in practical exercises based on examples from practice. The training was attended by 20 young entrepreneurs who are also participants of the program.
Entrepreneurs had the opportunity, through practical work, to gain knowledge of how to present themselves and their company in an even better way, to increase their credibility and flexibility in acting in front of different target groups as well as to increase their confidence in the public appearance. They have also been given the opportunity to learn how to enthusiastically and convincingly present the personal goals and goals of their company, to overcome the problem and glare.
