The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development participated on the Third Designers Market, which took place in Delta City Podgorica, from 1st to 3rd November, with the aim of promoting Montenegrin golden embroidery.
Everyone who visited the stand of the Institute for entrepreneurship and economic development at Designers Market, had the opportunity to get acquainted with products decorated with authentic Montenegrin golden embroidery.
The fair featured and promoted products created by IPER as part of the project ‘Preserving and Developing a Traditional Montenegrin Craft – Golden Embroidery’, as well as products created by women who are trained to practice this craft independently. Also, the newly created publication ‘Montenegrin Golden Embroidery – a symbol of Montenegrin tradition’ was promoted.
Biserka Raicevic, Nada Vemic, Dragana Kalezic, Mara Vukanic worked devotedly to create products decorated with Montenegrin gold embroidery.
Golden embroidery is a part of the cultural heritage of Montenegro. Let’s save it from oblivion!
