As part of the training program implemented by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development within the project ‘Development of cultural and creative industries as part of a sustainable economic sector in Montenegro’ on December 10 and 11, a two-day training was held on topic ‘ Business plan development and sources of finances’, led by Djuro Kazic from the Investment and Development Fund. In interactive training, cultural and creative creators had the opportunity to find out: what a business plan was, the purpose of creating a business plan and who needed it, the content of the business plan, market analysis, financing, the most common mistakes when creating a business plan, as well as the sources of financing and details about the programs of support from the IDF.
