For cultural and creative creators, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development – IPER, on October 1-2, held a two-day training on ‘Business plan development and sources of financing’ as part of the project ‘Mapping and Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries in Montenegro’.

The training was led by Đuro Kažić from the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro.

In the interactive training, the participants had the opportunity to find out what a business plan was, what its purpose was, who needed it, what its content was, then more about market analysis, financing and what the most common mistakes were while designing it.

The participants also had the opportunity to learn about funding sources and IRF support programs.
